Return and Refund

Rudraksha comes from nature and is blessed by Shiv and Shakti. However, wearing a Rudraksha is a matter of faith and belief. The effects of Rudraksha may differ from person to person. All descriptions on the website are based on the ancient scriptures, Sanatan books, and individual experiences. 

Sri Ananta Kosha guarantees the higher quality of Rudraksha and not their effects on an individual. People may want to use their judgment before wearing it.

Return and Refund

If you are not satisfied for any reason with our Rudraksha products, you can inform us regarding the same through mail at srianantakosha@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of receiving the product to initiate a full refund. 

In the event, that you are not satisfied with the quality of the Rudraksha products purchased or if the product is damaged during delivery & shipping, Sri Ananta Kosha will give a refund based on the following conditions are fulfilled: -

1. Please let us know The Detailed Reasons of Return through srianantakosha@gmail.com 

2. We will Acknowledge the Return and Refund Request through mail from srianantakosha@gmail.com. We will also share detailed instructions to return the products.

3. We will initiate the refund once we receive the products.

4. The customer needs to safely package the products and use a reliable postal/ courier service to return the products. The customer needs to share the tracking number through the same mail initiated for the return. And the charges of the courier/ postal service would be paid by the customer. 

5. Sri Ananta Kosha is not responsible for lost or damaged products. We will not refund for the lost or damaged products from the customers.
